How long does it take to process an order?
All of our items made-to-order. Please allow 2-4 days for our order to be processed before shipping. You may experience an order processing delay of one or two business days during peak shipping periods, such as holidays or events. We make every effort to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. Every order is packed with care.
What about shipping?
We offer $8 flat rate standard shipping on all orders. We currently ship within the US. At this time we do not offer international shipping. Shipping times depend on your location. Estimated shipping times can range from 5-8 days after the item has been processed. Packages are shipped mainly via Standard Mail. Shipping rates are subject to change.
Free standard shipping is valid on all orders of $75 or more (after promotions and discounts are applied) shipped to a single US address.
Please note your items may be delivered in multiple packages.
Can I cancel or change an order after it is placed?
Once an order is placed it cannot be changed or cancelled.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
