My Inspiration

The ocean and New England beaches have always been a big part of my life. Growing up, I regularly went to the beaches in New Hampshire and Maine with family and friends. Every weekend during the summer — beginning on Mother's Day — my family would go boating out of Rye Harbor. Our day trips often took us to the Isle of Shoals, the Piscataqua River, and Great Bay. We would fish, cruise, sunbathe, and waterski. It was amazing, and as an adult I realize how lucky I was to have those experiences.

North Beach in particular has a special place in my heart. It's a beach I've continued to visit throughout my life, including with my own children. It's full of memories, laughter, and connection. Days feel slower here, and people feel closer. Families gather, kids play, and strangers become friends.

You'll see people of all ages out there just enjoying life — early morning swimmers and walkers, kids and grandparents boogie boarding together, people laughing and spending hours by the water. It's simple. It's real. It's fun.

North Beach isn't just a beach — it's a feeling. A feeling of comfort, belonging, and community.

That feeling became my inspiration for Blue Ombre Boutique.

This brand shares that feeling through everything we create — clothing and more. It's about warmth, meaning, and heart. It's for people who believe small moments matter.

For those who take the scenic drive, go for the long walk, watch the sunset, notice the flowers, breathe in the salty air, and try to slow down long enough to really see what's around them.

At Blue Ombre Boutique, we believe feeling good in what you wear should be simple, soulful, and fun. From soft tees to cozy sweatshirts, our pieces are made for beach lovers, dreamers, and free spirits.

Some pieces are calm and cozy, some are bold and playful — but all are made to fit real life, real moods, and real moments.

Our inspiration comes from North Beach in Hampton, New Hampshire — but the feeling is meant for everyone, everywhere.

My Journey

This brand started with those feelings — and a desire to create something meaningful and true to me.

I've always loved making things with my hands, especially clothing and jewelry. When I was little, I crocheted doll clothes for my stuffed animals. As I got older, I started making clothes for myself using fabric and bohemian-style tapestry. I would also raid my dad's closet and turn his shirts into something new. Hand-me-downs from friends and family often had the same fate.

I remember imagining something and figuring out how to bring it to life. I didn't worry about doing it "right." I just had fun. Hours would pass and it felt like minutes because I was fully in it.

Back then, I dreamed of having a career in fashion. Like many people, I put those dreams on hold. I went to college, worked corporate jobs, and life moved forward in different directions — including becoming a mom and later being a stay-at-home mom, which became one of my greatest joys.

But that creative whisper never left. It stayed quietly in the background for years until it grew into something I couldn't ignore anymore.

Blue Ombre Boutique is what happened when I finally listened to it.

I'm creating in new and different ways than I did when I was younger, but that same creative spark is still there — and it feels really good to have it back.

I hope this brand inspires you to reconnect with the things that light you up. Make time for what you love. Enjoy the little things. Because the truth is, they aren't really so little.
